26歳のフリーター・花垣武道が、中学時代の彼女・橘日向が暴走族・東京卍會の抗争に巻き込まれて死亡したことを知る。その翌日、武道は何者かに電車のホームから突き落とされるが、その瞬間に12年前の中学生時代にタイムリープする。そこで日向の弟・橘直人と出会った武道は、彼に未来のことを伝えた。すると、武道は直人に助けられて現代に戻るが、日向はやはり殺されてしまう。武道は直人と握手することでタイムリープできることを知り、日向を救うために過去を変える決意をする。しかし、それは東京卍會のトップになるという困難なミッションだった。武道は過去と現代を行き来しながら、東京卍會や他の暴走族との抗争や裏切り、友情や恋愛などに巻き込まれていく。

The next day, someone pushes Budo off the platform of the train, but at that moment, he travels back in time to his junior high school days 12 years ago. There, martial arts met Hinata's younger brother Naoto Tachibana and told him about the future. Then, martial arts is rescued by Naoto and returns to the present day, but Hinata is also killed. Knowing that martial arts can time leap by shaking hands with Naoto, he decides to change the past in order to save Hinata. However, it was a difficult mission to become the top of the Tokyo Revengers. While martial arts travels back and forth between the past and the present, it gets involved in conflicts, betrayals, friendships and romances with Tokyo Revengers and other motorcycle gangs.
