DIY（自分で作ること）をテーマにした作品。新潟県三条市を舞台に、6人の女子高生がDIY部として様々なものづくりに挑戦する物語。
主人公の結愛せるふは、幼馴染みの須理出未来（ぷりん）と一緒に湯々女子高等専門学校（湯専）を受験しますが、不合格になる。滑り止めの潟々女子高等学校（潟女）に入学したせるふは、自転車が壊れたときに助けてくれたDIY部の部長・矢差暮礼（くれい）に感化されて、DIY部に入部する。そこで出会った仲間たちと一緒に、秘密基地やベンチ、ブランコなどを自分たちの手で作っていく。
